About The Position

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking and delivery.
  • Ability to work various shifts including early mornings and evenings.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables in a timely manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverages.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring correct order delivery.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas throughout service.
