About The Position
The Hotel Concierge Security Officer provides a professional, welcoming security presence while assisting hotel guests, staff, and visitors. The officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional presence in the hotel lobby and common areas.
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and hotel staff in a courteous manner.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and access points.
- Conduct routine patrols of the property and identify security or safety concerns.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
- Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity.
- Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Assist hotel management and emergency personnel when necessary.
- Maintain professional communication and appearance at all times.
