About The Position

The Concierge Security Officer is responsible for providing a professional, visible, and customer service oriented security presence at a downtown Austin property. The officer will protect the client’s property, employees, guests, and assets while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position requires an officer who is alert, dependable, professional, courteous, and capable of exercising sound judgment while working overnight hours.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, tenants, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide basic information and directions to guests while maintaining appropriate security protocols.
Assist with building access and visitor management procedures.
Verify visitors, vendors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with property procedures.
Maintain a professional concierge presence at the designated lobby or security post.
Maintain a highly visible security presence throughout the property.
Monitor building entrances, exits, common areas, parking areas, and other designated locations.
Conduct scheduled interior and exterior patrols as directed by site post orders.
Check doors, gates, access points, and restricted areas to ensure they are properly secured.
Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, property damage, or security concerns.
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and other security-related incidents.
