About The Position

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to join an award-winning hotel, with a primary focus on driving revenue within the events and banquets segment specifically supporting and selling audio-visual solutions. This role is responsible for generating top-line revenue by developing new business and expanding existing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored event and audio-visual solutions based on client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close business to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including assisting with event servicing as needed
  • Participate in Revenue Management discussions and contribute to overall hotel strategy
  • Monitor sales performance and continuously refine approaches to improve results
  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a collaborative, team-oriented approach across all hotel departments
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism, maintaining a polished and business-appropriate appearance at all times
