About The Position

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Seattle - SeaTac Airport is looking to hire a Sales Coordinator. This position is responsible for finding new leads, assisting the Sales Manager with marketing plans and budgets, engaging with guests, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared, coordinating event details, ensuring proper payment for events, and organizing sales data.

Requirements

  • Tele-prospecting
  • Internet research on market/industry trends and events
  • Developing and maintaining marketing plan and sales budget
  • Guest engagement and follow-up
  • Meeting room setup, organization, and cleanliness
  • Coordination of meeting room details (setup, catering, audio-visual)
  • Ensuring proper form of payment for events
  • Organizing, maintaining, and tracking sales data

Responsibilities

  • Finds new leads through tele-prospecting and conducting internet research on market/industry trends and events
  • Assists Sales Manager in developing and maintaining marketing plan and sales budget
  • Engages and follows up with guests to ensure guest had a good experience
  • Ensure meeting room(s) are set, organized and clean for negotiated groups, clients, and/or as show room
  • Coordinates with all groups or clients any meeting room details to include setup, catering requirements, and/or audio-visual needs
  • Ensure that all events have a proper form of payment
  • Organizes, maintains, and tracks sales data
