Requirements

Proven experience in hotel operations, reservations, or room management preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels to optimize hotel revenue
Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any issues promptly
Update and maintain accurate records of room status, bookings, and cancellations in the property management system
Assist in forecasting room demand and adjusting inventory accordingly
Handle guest inquiries related to reservations and room availability professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards related to room management
Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators for management review
