It also includes restocking towels, toiletries, and amenities, sorting laundry, operating laundry machines safely, and handling linen. Maintaining an organized workspace and assisting with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training are also part of the responsibilities.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
- Customer service mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring a dust-free environment.
- Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
- Sort laundry, operate laundry machines safely, and handle linen.
- Keep carts and closets organized.
- Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
