About The Position

The Hotel Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role involves making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, sorting laundry, operating laundry machines, maintaining organized carts and closets, and assisting with deep cleaning and special projects. The position requires a customer service mindset, physical stamina, and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms and public areas, including making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
  • Sort laundry and operate laundry machines safely.
  • Handle linen with care.
  • Keep carts and closets organized.
  • Pitch in with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
