Working as a Full-Time Hotel Room Attendant, Guest Room Attendant, or Housekeeper at the Hyatt Regency Aurora Denver Conference Center offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team. The Full-Time Hotel Room Attendant, Guest Room Attendant, or Housekeeper allows you to be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. With the hotel’s convenient location, you will interact with a diverse range of travelers, from business professionals to vacationing families, providing a chance to build strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish guest room amenities, such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items, as needed.
  • Ensure all room equipment and furniture are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
  • Occasionally assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms.
  • Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Provide courteous and professional service, addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle laundry services, including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Prepare rooms for new guests, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and comfort.
