About The Position

The Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant role at the Tampa Embassy Suites is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for guests. Requirements

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
  • Customer service mindset with friendly and helpful attitudes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the entire shift.
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and surfaces are free of dust.
  • Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
  • Sort laundry and operate laundry machines safely.
  • Handle linen with care.
  • Keep the housekeeping cart and closets organized.
  • Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed.
