About The Position

Buffalo Lodging Associates is hiring a full-time Room Attendant for the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The position is responsible for keeping assigned guest rooms and suites clean and providing quality customer service. Room attendants work shifts that may include weekends and holidays when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel setting, or willingness to be trained.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to navigate a cart weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms and suites to meet cleanliness and customer-service standards.
• Clean floors and bathrooms, vacuum, change linens, and make beds.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to a supervisor.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
