- Assist clients with hotel and resort reservation requests
- Coordinate booking details and organize reservation confirmations
- Research destination information and nearby activities when requested
- Help clients understand important reservation details and travel deadlines
- Communicate booking updates and changes in a professional manner
- Assist with modifications to existing reservations when needed
- Maintain accurate client and booking information
- Utilize online booking platforms and travel supplier resources
- Provide support throughout the hotel research and reservation process
