• Compare room types, amenities, locations, and available travel options
• Assist with hotel, resort, and other travel reservations
• Research destinations and help identify options that fit individual travel needs
• Coordinate additional travel arrangements and vacation details when requested
• Organize reservation confirmations and important trip information
• Communicate with clients regarding booking details, updates, and important deadlines
• Assist with reservation modifications and travel updates when needed
• Maintain accurate and organized booking and client information
• Stay informed about hotels, destinations, travel products, and available supplier resources
• Provide professional support throughout the research and booking process
