About The Position

Greets and assists with guest arrivals and departures by greeting, parking, and retrieving guests' vehicles and providing exceptional service. Ensures compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures. Maintains the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team members' concerns and questions, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Greets customers arriving and departing. Keeps the front drive area and parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized. Directs motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights, as necessary. Patrols parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts. Takes numbered tags from customers, locates vehicles, and delivers vehicles, or provides customers with instructions for locating vehicles. Lifts, positions, and removes barricades to open or close parking areas. May assist with luggage. Develops a good understanding of the hotel layout and can give directions to all areas, including the pool. Supplies guests with all the information they need to enjoy their stay. Answers guest inquiries, such as directions, and recommends local area restaurants, points of interest, or transportation needs. Handles guest needs by following up with requests, questions, or problem resolution. Utilizes provided parking application to inventory, track, and keep count of guest vehicles. Must be able to work all shifts or varying schedules to support business needs. Ensures security for the hotel's customers, employees, and property assets. Maintains a clean and tidy appearance and a clean and tidy work area. Assists in departmental training efforts. Demonstrates and promotes KLECH core values and MAD skills. Manages and maintains security of confidential information entrusted to the position. Attends and satisfactorily completes all required training as assigned. Monitors compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31 requirements and IRS Currency Transaction Reports and property established Anti-Money Laundering policies. Maintains accurate MTL, MIL, CTR and SAR as needed. Requirements

  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Be able to withstand working in an outdoor environment where extreme cold and extreme hot including rainy weather may impact comfort levels.
  • Ability to physically run back and forth from building to garage. About one block distance.
  • Strong communication skills in English both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain effective relationships with the General Manager, Directors, Managers and all staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, stressful environment.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and multi-task.
  • Ability to have strong critical thinking, analytical and guest service skills.
  • Must possess a positive attitude with strong organizational and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

  • Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including successful completion of background check necessary to obtain and maintain license.
  • Responsible to keep all documents current and valid at all times.
  • Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
  • Must comply with KLEC handbook, internal policy and procedures, and gaming regulations set within KLEC.
  • Must participate in tip reporting program.
