The Hotel Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing administrative duties and supporting the Sr. VP, Hotel Operations and Director, Hotel Operations. This role involves interaction with Crystal Cruises vendors, contractors, and various internal departments, requiring strict confidentiality. The coordinator will gather and organize data for decision-making, attend meetings to take minutes, and manage records for travel requests. They will maintain priority lists, assist in securing rooms for immigration officials and pilots, and ensure bookings and travel documents are distributed. The role also includes managing the EmbarkDebark inbox for various requests, acting as a liaison between Hotel and Marketing for printed materials and website updates, and inserting/updating dress codes in OneIS. Additionally, the coordinator will collect contractor data for ship dry docks, support the Hotel Operations department with projects, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
