About The Position

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle North Lynnwood is looking to hire a Night Auditor. This position offers competitive benefits and pay. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, managing guest accounts, and running necessary night audit reports. Flexibility in schedule is required, as shifts could include mornings or nights, and may involve weekends and holidays. The opening is primarily for Night Audit shifts, with some PM shifts as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Be outgoing and friendly
• Prior customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all hotel guests
• Greet and check guests into and out of the hotel
• Handle all guest requests and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage guest accounts by posting charges and handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
• Run all necessary night audit reports
• Answer phones
