About The Position

We’re looking for a Night Auditor to join our hotel team! This role involves balancing and auditing daily transactions, serving as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, processing check-ins and check-outs, preparing daily financial reports, and assisting with security checks. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, has a knack for balancing customer service and financial tasks, and prefers working overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial records accurately.
• A friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during overnight hours.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Prior experience as a night auditor or in a financial role is a bonus, but we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries or requests.
• Prepare and run daily financial reports, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Assist with security checks, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
