About The Position
The Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf is adding a Part-Time Night Audit Front Desk Agent to their team. This is a 3rd shift position requiring great customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and comfort working alone as well as on a team. The schedule is 3rd shift, 11pm-7am, 2 days per week.
Requirements
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Handles guest reservations.
- Answers and transfers phone calls.
- Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
- Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
- Other duties as assigned.
