The Hotel Manager role reports to an Area General Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a property or portfolio of properties. The manager leads a high-performing team, ensuring Kasa standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded. Approximately 95% of the time is spent on-site, coaching teams, inspecting execution, and upholding high standards for guest experience and operations. The role involves communicating with partners and guests to resolve issues, developing strategies to improve performance, and participating in revenue, marketing, and operational performance conversations. The manager also defines and evaluates the activities of indirect stakeholders and vendors, integrating Kasa's core values into their decisions and actions.
