About The Position

The Hotel Maintenance Supervisor will assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment. This role involves planning and evaluating preventive maintenance schedules, conducting room and equipment inspections to identify repair needs, and ensuring team members have the necessary tools and supplies. The supervisor will also coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values, and assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work.

Requirements

1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred

Responsibilities
