The Hotel Maintenance Supervisor role involves assisting with the management of various building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment. Key responsibilities include planning and evaluating preventive maintenance schedules, conducting room and equipment inspections to identify repair needs, ensuring the maintenance team has necessary tools and supplies, and coaching and supporting maintenance associates in line with Atrium’s Core Values. The supervisor will also assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work. The company values its leaders and encourages associate input to drive growth and sustainability.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred

Responsibilities
