About The Position
TPI Hospitality is a nationally recognized company with over 50 years of experience, owning and operating over 40 hotels and restaurants throughout Minnesota and Florida. We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, thrive in physically demanding settings, and enjoy fast-paced environments. As a Houseperson, you will work alongside a Supervisor to perform essential tasks such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and helping create a welcoming environment for our guests.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the USA with proper documentation.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Friendly, guest-service oriented attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest areas and back-of-house spaces.
- Replenish supplies and amenities as needed.
- Assist team members to ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
- Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
