About The Position
As a Guestroom Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring guest rooms are clean, fresh, safe, and ready for arrival.
Requirements
- 1+ year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a great work ethic.
- Professional communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable & flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to hotel and brand standards.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and concerns.
- Report maintenance issues and room deficiencies.
- Follow all safety, security, housekeeping, and chemical-handling procedures.
- Restock housekeeping supplies and complete scheduled deep cleaning.
- Help create a positive guest experience every day!
