Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate hotel staff.
