About The Position

A historic Philadelphia landmark, the Warwick Rittenhouse Square, is entering an exciting new chapter as a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property. This 301-room hotel, a nearly 100-year-old "Grande Dame," is undergoing a major transformation. Located in the heart of Rittenhouse Square, it features over 18,000 square feet of meeting and event space, multiple food & beverage outlets, and a residential component. This role requires a transformational leader to guide the hotel through renovation and repositioning, elevate culture and accountability, drive operational excellence and guest experience, and partner effectively with ownership, brand, union leadership, and residential stakeholders. The goal is to position the hotel as one of Philadelphia’s premier lifestyle destinations.

Requirements

  • Significant full-service hotel GM experience REQUIRED
  • Marriott brand experience
  • Experience leading unionized hotel environments
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Labor management
  • Operational discipline
  • Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction
  • Proven ability to drive team engagement
  • Proven ability to drive commercial performance
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with multiple stakeholders
