About The Position
The Royal Amsterdam Hotel, the premier boutique hotel located in the heart of historic Pella, Iowa, is seeking an experienced, service-driven General Manager to lead our team and continue delivering exceptional guest experiences. As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage operations, staffing, financial performance, and community engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and creating memorable experiences for guests.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hotel management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Hospitality driven attitude
- Revenue management experience
