This role is for a vibrant hotel that opened its doors in 2021, boasting a 4.6-star rating, an incredible staff, and a level of service that consistently wows guests. The ideal candidate will lead a hotel where energy, creativity, and excellence define every day, taking the team to new heights.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and coaching to Internal guests (Team Members), helping to mentor them and help them become the best version of themselves.
Embody Pathfinder's core values and Platinum Service Culture to our internal and external guests.
Serve as an ambassador for property and Pathfinder by building strong relationships within the local community.
Proactively recruit year-round for new Internal Guests via Social Media, Referral Program Awareness Campaign and Career Fairs.
Lead efforts to maximize market share (Revpar Index) through aggressive sales and marketing by actively coaching and leading team members to embody the "Everybody Sells" culture.
Create value for the property in an empowered culture by fostering a culture of innovation, embodying a zero-based budgeting mindset, and maintaining a pristine building.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
