About The Position
CUSA, LLC, a leading hotel management company, is seeking a Hotel General Manager to manage a Marriott hotel in the greater Atlanta area, north of the city center. The company emphasizes exceptional guest service, valuing its associates as its greatest asset, and delivering value to business partners and owners. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including revenue and profitability, leading the team, achieving excellent Marriott metrics (Intent to Recommend, Elite Appreciation), STR RGI metrics, Marriott Bonvoy enrollments, brand standards audits, and ensuring an exceptional guest stay experience.

- Ensure successful brand standards audits.
