The Hotel Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service. This role includes managing reservations, checking guests in and out, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience throughout their stay. We are looking for self-motivated, driven and HOSPITABLE nature as they will be the face at the desk.
