The representative will also handle telephone inquiries, deliver mail, and provide information about casino promotions, events, restaurants, and local attractions. Additionally, this position requires ensuring cash and cash equivalents are accounted for, providing administrative support, communicating with housekeeping, maintaining knowledge of business objectives, working in a safe and sanitary manner, maintaining a professional appearance, and staying informed about casino facilities and events. The role contributes to team efforts and performs other duties as assigned.
