The Guest Service Representative is a team member of the MainStay Suites Chicago location. This is a well-established Choice Hotels extended stay brand. Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service to all hotel guests
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Managing reservations
- Resolving any guest issues that arise
