About The Position

The Front Desk Agent provides friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and information to all guests, fellow employees and visitors. This is a Full Time position with weekend availability preferred. The pay rate is $17.75 per hour. The role is located at Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center.

Requirements

  • Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
  • Check guest out ensuring satisfactory stay at the hotel.
  • Be knowledgeable of all the services provided by the hotel to answer guest questions.
  • Assist with answering phones and distributing guest luggage.
