Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to interact professionally with guests and address their needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to prepare and handle food safely
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with coworkers.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or guest demands.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and stock food stations with all necessary ingredients for the shift.
  • Follow established recipes and presentation standards to cook menu items using grilling, broiling, and sautéing techniques.
  • Adhere to storage and waste control guidelines for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy to ensure high-quality food.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and refrigerators in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when engaging with guests, vendors, and team members.
