We are looking for a versatile and well-organized Sales & Catering Manager with an outward direct-sales focus to meet or exceed established catering sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior knowledge and experience in hotel catering and sales
• 3-5 years of catering management experience (or a mix of experience and education)
• Experience with electronic catering sales systems like Delphi FDC, Sales Force
• Ability to deliver top-notch catering services on budget and on time
• Advanced industry knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients
• Conduct property tours
• Tailor catering solutions to meet client needs
• Negotiate prices
• Plan menus
• Coordinate with chefs, sales staff, and equipment providers
• Oversee venue, food, and service preparations
• Adhere to food and health regulations
• Stay ahead of industry trends and promote competitive catering services
• Build strong relationships with clients and meeting planners
• Showcase hotel facilities and services through property tours and site inspections
• Lead pre- and post-event meetings
• Generate new catering leads for social events, weddings, receptions, Christmas parties etc.
