Banquet servers are needed at the mountain. Prior banquet/serving experience and knowledge of banquets are preferred. Alcohol Server Training certificate is required. The role involves preparing banquet rooms per the Banquet Event Order, stocking and setting up for service, and performing shift opening tasks such as setting tables, opening doors, and setting up the service station. Responsibilities include serving tables, maintaining buffets by restocking as needed, and ensuring adherence to State Liquor Regulations and TIPS certification. The server must be a team player, assist in daily operations, bus tables, and reset them throughout the shift. Compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements is essential. Other duties may be assigned.
