Banquet servers are needed at the mountain. Prior banquet/serving experience and knowledge of banquets are preferred. Alcohol Server Training certificate is required. The role involves preparing banquet rooms according to the Banquet Event Order, stocking and setting up for service, and performing shift opening tasks such as setting tables, opening doors, and setting up service stations. The server will be responsible for serving tables and maintaining buffets by restocking as needed. A key aspect of the role is being a team player by assisting in daily operations of serving, cleaning, and bussing. Adherence to State Liquor Regulations and TIPS certification is mandatory, including determining when customers should not be served alcohol. The server must also alert management to any inventory shortages of liquor, food, and supplies based on anticipated or actual guest volume. Bussing tables and resetting them throughout the shift as necessary is also part of the duties. Compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as any regulatory requirements, is expected. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
