Responsibilities

• Hosts: Welcome guests, manage waitlists and reservations, arrange seating, escort guests to tables, provide menus, coordinate with servers and managers, answer phones and guest questions, provide accurate wait times, and keep the entrance and host stand clean and organized.
• Food runners: Deliver food promptly and accurately to the correct tables, check that dishes are presented properly and orders are complete, communicate with kitchen staff and servers, assist with special requests, and keep food pickup areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Bussers: Clear and reset tables, keep dining areas clean and ready for service, assist servers with their sections, restock service stations and dining room supplies, and work with the team to support smooth service, especially during busy shifts.
