About The Position

As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and pleasant dining atmosphere for guests during outlet hours. You will assist in setting up and maintaining tables, ensuring food and beverage items are well-stocked and presented attractively. Additionally, you will provide courteous and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Requirements

• High school education plus one or more years of related experience.
• Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to understand and comply with proper seating chart rotation.
• Ability to process guest bills and payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card transactions, room charge processes and accounting policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Alcohol awareness certification and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests properly and issue menus.
• Ensure all tables are properly set before seating guests.
• Ensure all menus are clean.
• Maintain and use seating chart for rotation of stations.
• Organize and maintain a clean service podium.
• Answer the phone properly and follow all reservation procedures.
• Follow all cash handling, credit card transactions and room charge procedures for guest payments.
• Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties.
