About The Position

Hosts create a welcoming first impression for every Guest at Chili’s by providing hospitality and service. They greet Guests, manage the wait list, answer and direct telephone calls, communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate, support fellow Team Members, and help maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. The role suits someone with a warm, friendly attitude who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give every Guest a warm welcome.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
