About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing a warm welcome and hospitality. The role focuses on helping Guests feel special, managing the wait list, answering and directing telephone calls, and contributing to a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Hosts also communicate Guest concerns to the Manager and help fellow Team Members when appropriate. The position is available with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
