About The Position

Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing hospitality and service. The role focuses on warmly welcoming Guests, helping them feel special, managing the wait list, and supporting a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. Hosts also answer and direct telephone calls, communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, and help fellow Team Members as needed. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
