Under the direction of the Shift Manager, the Host creates the first impression for guests upon entering the restaurant. The host must be friendly, engaging and customer-focused while greeting guests in a prompt and courteous manner. This role will work in conjunction with front of house team members to maintain the highest quality of service and hospitality while ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
