About The Position

The Host is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, greeting guests, providing menus, assigning tables, ensuring the cleanliness and setup of dining and serving areas, and managing guest reservations. This role also involves interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction with food and service, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
• Must be able to obtain a required Non-Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Greet guests in a timely manner
• Provide guests with menus
• Assigns guest to tables
• Ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up
• Receive and record guests reservations
• Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
• Other duties as assigned.
