About The Position
We are currently hiring a Seasonal Host at Brewings & Eats. This role welcomes guests and coordinates the flow and seating of patrons throughout areas of the building. The Host will also answer customer questions concerning the location, history, and our merchandise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Up to one year related experience or training desired
- Walking regularly throughout the establishment/regularly required to stand
Responsibilities
- Address any compliments or complaints of patrons and relaying the information to management
- Maintains appearance suitable to guests’ expectations and compliant with company policy
- Greets guests, identifies seating plan (directing them to the bar or table), sets up advertising displays, and arranges merchandise in retail area to promote sales
- Daily tracking of any reservations or private events that might be taking place
- Communicates with staff and managers regarding any business situations & requests
- Suggestively sell merchandise to customers; wrap or bag merchandise
- Cleans shelves, host stand area, surrounding tables, and merchandise area/shelves
- Maintains the wait list
