About The Position
Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is looking for a Host/Hostess to join the Team! This role is a front-facing position, responsible for greeting guests, showing them to their tables, and maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant. The environment is high-energy, high-volume, and fast-paced, offering opportunities to learn about full-service restaurants and cross-train. The company promotes from within for management positions.
Requirements
- Friendly smile and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work in a high-energy, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to maintain a clean and tidy restaurant.
- Open to cross-training opportunities.
- Potential alignment with roles such as server, cashier, bartender, customer service, supervisor, team trainer, crew member, and restaurant team member.
