About The Position

The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking for a host to join the Food & Beverage team to support Nest on Four and Homespun! This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality.

Requirements

Previous host experience in a high volume restaurant/lounge environment
Organized
Good at multi-tasking
Pays attention to detail
Open availability required
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Luxury hotel experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
Seat guests and manage the seating chart
Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
Ensure knowledge of menu
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
