The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on pastry experience, preferably in fine dining hotels, with strong production skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to execute and replicate recipes with precision. This position will primarily focus on bread preparation and production. A Pastry Cook ll will be adaptable, efficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, excelling in preparation for production and effectively completing assigned prep lists. Flexibility to support service as needed is essential.
