About The Position
As the Host, you will accurately and efficiently handing dining are monetary transactions while providing excellent guest service. You will have a range of duties in order to assist team members including: Set up host station for shift Obtain reservations, map seating arrangements, acknowledge, greet and seat guests Close tickets and tender change as necessary Acknowledge and understand daily menu changes
Requirements
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Thrives in a fast-paced and high energy work environment
- Familiarity with computerized Point of Sale (POS) systems
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant experience viewed advantageous
- Positive guest service interactions and experience
