About The Position
Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered 'casual dining' and Maggiano's Little Italy is described as a 'slice of Italian American tradition come to life'. The company emphasizes sharing and helping others, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. The Front of the House team, including Hosts, aims to make Guests feel special and welcome them into an Italian Americana experience.
