About The Position

Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests. Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed. Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit. Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• Open availability is preferred, but candidates must have full availability Sunday through Wednesday.
• Friendly, approachable team player with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with both guests and team members.
• Eager to learn about our food, beverages, and to-go process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus!
